Refund policy

Please check your size before ordering

We do not offer refunds for an incorrect size, an incorrect item selected at checkout, or a change of mind. Sale items are final sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email clayharrisracing@gmail.com within two days of delivery. Include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. We do not charge restocking fees.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested by email before sending anything back. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item. An exchange cannot be guaranteed if the requested size is unavailable.

Please do not mail an item back until we have replied with return instructions.
